Friendship Village is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Receptionist Supervisor. As the Reception Supervisor you will work as a receptionist along with preforming supervisory tasks for the team. You will provide prompt, efficient, courteous and reliable service in a fast-paced environment that will promote goodwill among our Friendship Village community. You must have good oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include:

As a supervisor you will:

• Supervisor reception team
• Creating work schedules
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations for the team
• Preform other supervisory tasks

As a receptionist you will

• Greeting residents and guests
• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Scheduling resident transportation
• Scheduling guest and party rooms
• Money handling
• General office duties
• Provide strict confidentiality for our residents, staff and guests
• And other duties as assigned

Working Hours:

• Full Time position with benefits
• Days vary must be willing to work weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Receptionist/Office experience
• Prior supervisory/lead experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Applicants are required to pass pre-employment screenings that could include: Criminal background checks, Abuse registry check, Drug test, Physical, and TB test.
