IT Endpoint Administrator
About the Role:
The Systems & Endpoint Administrator provides end-user support, administers endpoint devices and Microsoft 365 services, and supports technology operations across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with a customer-focused approach and enjoys solving problems in a collaborative environment.

We directly serve approximately 500 children annually through our school, home-based programs, and community partnership sites. What this Role Involves:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, printers, mobile devices, conferencing systems, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and endpoint devices using Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
- Deploy, maintain, update, and troubleshoot Windows workstations and related technologies.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including device provisioning and access management.
- Maintain technology inventory records and assist with device lifecycle management.
- Document, prioritize, and resolve support requests while meeting service expectations.
- Coordinate with the MSP and vendors to resolve complex issues and support technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, user experience, and operational efficiency.
- Additional Duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
Education:
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- Two or more years of IT support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Opportunity, but no guarantee for occasional work from home
Preferred:
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience working with a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
- CompTIA, Microsoft, or related technical certifications.
Clayton Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including CBI/FBI fingerprinting. Child abuse and neglect state registry, MVR and a national sex offender registry check every 5 years.
- Must have a valid license driver's license with evidence of active vehicle insurance
- Pediatric first aid and CPR certification
- Current PPD-TB testing, standard immunizations, and annual health statement, or willingness to obtain as required
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and meetings related to the role

Technical Skills
- Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID user and account management.
- Microsoft Intune administration and endpoint management and security
- Windows workstation deployment and support.
- Hardware, software, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Microsoft Office Suite support (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and incident management procedures.
Work Environment, Schedule & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours outside of normal business hours as required
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and move throughout the workday as required to perform job duties or with reasonable accommodation
- Ability to install and move computer equipment and peripherals.
