Working across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Technical teams, you'll help shape portfolio strategy, product lifecycle decisions, innovation priorities and commercial outcomes across ANZ.

You'll turn insights into recommendations that influence where we invest, what we launch, what we optimise and how we grow.

• Influence portfolio strategy – Help shape portfolio reviews, growth priorities and commercial decision-making.

Where you'll create impact

• Support portfolio strategy and performance management across the ANZ business.
• Provide commercial insights and decision support that influence growth, profitability and investment decisions.
• Lead portfolio reporting, performance analysis and portfolio review processes.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio optimisation across product categories and market segments.Support product lifecycle management, from new product introduction through to rationalisation decisions.
• Contribute to innovation pipeline management and Stage Gate governance processes.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Technical teams to align priorities and support decision-making.
• Build reporting and decision-support frameworks that improve data visibility, insight adoption and business performance.
• Translate data, trends and market insights into actionable recommendations that support better commercial outcomes.

You'll probably love this role if...

• You ask "why?" more often than most people and can turn complex data into clear recommendations.
• You build trust quickly and enjoy working across different parts of the business.
• You bring solutions, not spreadsheets for the sake of spreadsheets.
• You take ownership and don't wait to be aske - and enjoy helping people make better decisions.
• You've built your experience in Commercial Analysis, Category Analysis, Commercial Finance, Business Insights or a similar commercially focused role.
• You have strong stakeholder engagement skills and commercial acumen, with the ability to influence decisions through insight and collaboration.
• You've built your experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer products, retail, chemicals, building products or another complex product environment.
• You have strong Excel skills, Power BI experience, and ideally some exposure to SAP.
