About the Role
This role combines technical skills in data engineering, cloud technologies, machine learning, and generative AI to transform raw data into actionable insights and intelligent business solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, software developers, and technology teams to deliver robust data architecture, AI models, and automated solutions that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Data Engineering & Integration
- Assist in developing and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and enterprise data platforms, including Data Warehouses (EDW), Data Lakes, Data Marts, and Customer 360 databases. Support the integration of data from various internal and external sources while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Help ensure data quality, accuracy, and availability across various data platforms and databases.
- Assist in improving data processing performance and supporting the scalability of data solutions and infrastructure.
AI & Machine Learning Development
- Support the development, deployment, and monitoring of machine learning models and AI solutions.
- Assist in implementing predictive analytics and data-driven models for business use cases.
- Help maintain MLOps processes to ensure reliable model deployment and performance monitoring.
- Participate in evaluating new AI technologies and identifying potential business applications.
- Follow AI governance and responsible AI guidelines to support ethical and compliant AI solutions.
Generative AI & Intelligent Solutions
- Support the development and optimization of Generative AI solutions, including Large Language Model (LLM) based applications, AI assistants, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations, prompt engineering, and performance monitoring
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Support the maintenance and monitoring of cloud-based data and AI platforms, ensuring performance, security, reliability, and efficient cloud operations.
Data Governance & Security
- Follow data governance and security standards to ensure data quality and compliance requirements across data and AI platforms.
- Assist in managing data access controls, monitoring, and auditing activities to ensure secure and reliable operations.
