We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Process Engineer to join our team and play a critical role in advancing our manufacturing capabilities. In this position, you will drive process optimization, support new product introductions, and deliver measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and making a tangible impact on production performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Optimize processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Support new product introductions, trials, and engineering changes
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis
- Partner cross-functionally to improve performance and implement solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Support automation and production technologies
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Hands-on experience with automation, robotics, PLCs, and process systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually. The pay rate for a successful candidate will depend on the geographic location, this salary range is for a successful candidate in the Chicagoland area. The specific hiring rate within the posted range will depend on the candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
