  • Support teaching curriculum by preparing demonstrations and assisting in laboratory sessions.

  • Monitor equipment usage charges, provide exam support, and contribute to academic events.

  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to integrate digital tools and modern techniques in laboratory operations.

  • Take on additional responsibilities and assignments as delegated by the Reporting Officer, such as managing procurement or participating in school-wide initiatives.

  • Implement continuous improvement strategies to support world-class research and teaching activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in laboratory operations, preferably in an academic or research environment.

  • A diploma in Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.

  • Proven expertise in machining, fabrication, CNC tools, and workshop operations.

  • Solid knowledge of construction technology, protective engineering equipment, lab safety, and digital process tools.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

  • Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional multitasking and detail orientation in managing inventory, schedules, and budgets.

  • Proactive, adaptable problem-solver able to thrive independently in dynamic environments.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Passionate about driving change, fostering collaboration, and delivering sustainable solutions through innovation and digital transformation.
