California Sleep Solutions is seeking a Clinical Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our front-line scheduling team. This is a full-time, in-office role that plays a crucial part in guiding patients through their first steps toward improved sleep and better overall health. Why This Role Is Important As a Clinical PSR, you are often the first point of contact for patients—many of whom are calling during times of stress, concern, or uncertainty. What may appear to be “just a phone call” can represent the beginning of clarity, hope, and healing for someone seeking answers. What You’ll Do In this role, you will be a central source of communication and support for patients and providers. Key responsibilities include: • Providing responsive customer support through 40–50+ inbound and outbound calls daily, demonstrating strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. • Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments and follow-ups • Accurately processing referrals and incoming faxes • Creating, updating, and maintaining electronic charts for patients and providers • Contacting patients and medical offices to obtain updates or missing information • Researching and resolving inquiries, voicemails, and emails in a timely and respectful manner • Verifying insurance eligibility and assisting with prior authorizations • Providing general administrative support to the clinical team Each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and help patients move closer to better health.
