Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a self-motivated, highly energetic, and enthusiastic Finance Executive to join our fast-paced business consulting environment. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems and be well-versed in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and record financial transactions using Oracle NetSuite and other accounting software.
• Prepare vouchers, bank receipts, and payments while ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Reconcile accounts, transactions, and discrepancies by collecting and analyzing financial data.
• Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with GAAP.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.

• Conduct audit documentation and internal financial analysis to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with senior finance professionals to optimize financial workflows in NetSuite ERP.
• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely processing of invoices.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for taxation, payroll, and financial reporting needs.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and provide insights into financial data trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and familiarity with GAAP compliance.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and reconciliations.

• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis) and familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Other Details:
Experience: 2+ years
Timing: (1pm-10pm for males), (11am-8pm for females)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Mode: Onsite - Full Time
Salary: Depends on experience/expertise 
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
