About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco: 

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.    

The Role of Assistant Director of Rooms: 

We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Rooms, to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!   

Reporting into our Hotel Manager, the Assistant Director of Rooms is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping departments. In the absence of the Division Head, you will act as the senior leader for all Rooms Division operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Leadership & Team Development 

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Rooms Division team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 

• Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture that encourages collaboration, growth, and continuous learning. 

• Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career progression. 

• Champion Four Seasons values, standards, and service culture. 

Operations Excellence 

• Ensure the highest levels of service quality across Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Guest Experience, and Housekeeping. 

• Drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless and personalized guest experiences. 

• Lead quality initiatives and strategies to achieve monthly service and performance targets. 

Financial & Business Performance 

• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and operational results. 

• Manage departmental financial performance by controlling costs and productivity while maintaining exceptional service standards. 

• Support strategic planning and operational decision-making to improve overall business outcomes. 

Compliance, Safety & Standards 

• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. 

• Comply with all local legislation and regulatory requirements. 

• Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and company guidelines. 

• Ensure accidents, incidents, and maintenance issues are reported and addressed according to hotel procedures. 

• Provide executive weekend duty coverage in coordination with the Director of Food & Beverage. 

Guest Experience 

• Deliver friendly, professional, and personalized service that consistently exceeds guest expectations. 

• Promote a culture of excellence where every guest interaction reflects the Four Seasons commitment to luxury hospitality. 

• Build strong relationships across departments by living and promoting the Golden Rule.
