About the Role
Our Deal Advisory team is busy and growing, with a strong flow of M&A and advisory engagements across Western Australia.
While we are in between recruitment cycles, we are keen to hear from talented Graduates or Analysts with experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or Valuations who are looking to accelerate their careers in a fast-paced advisory environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to develop strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and transaction experience within a collaborative and growing team.
If you enjoy working on transactions, solving complex commercial problems, and helping clients achieve their strategic objectives, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of the role, you will:
Support M&A, due diligence and valuation engagements across a variety of industries.
Analyse financial information, identify key business drivers and assess company performance.
Assist with financial modelling, business valuations and transaction analysis.
Conduct market, industry and competitor research to support client engagements.
Prepare reports, presentations and client deliverables.
Assist with data room management and transaction execution activities.
Work directly with senior team members, clients and other transaction stakeholders.
Develop a strong understanding of the deal lifecycle and corporate finance advisory services.
About You
You are a curious and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex problems, analysing financial information and working collaboratively with others.
In addition, you will bring:
Previous experience working within a professional services firm in a deal advisory/corporate finance team or relevant commercial role
A degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
Progress towards, or an interest in undertaking, CA, CFA or similar professional qualifications.
