Job Description

Allied Universal® is hiring a Corporate Training and Development Manager based in Conshohocken, PA. Reporting to the Director of Training and Development, this role serves as a strategic training partner to operational leadership across the Northeast and Florida/Puerto Rico regions. The Training and Development Manager is responsible for delivering management onboarding, leadership development, operational training, and enrichment programs while supporting business initiatives, improving organizational effectiveness, and driving employee development. Ideal candidates must have experience facilitating management-level training, coaching leaders, managing learning programs, and utilizing platforms such as WinTeam, LISA, and Mercury. Salary Range = $ 60,000 - $76,491 + 10% Annual Bonus Opportunity

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership Development and Regional Partnership:

    • Partner with RVP's, General Managers, Branch Managers and operational leaders to identify development needs, address performance gaps, and implement training solutions that support business objectives
    • Lead onboarding and ongoing development programs for newly hired and promoted managers
    • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on employee development, operational effectiveness, and best practices
    • Support regional initiatives, acquisitions, and business transitions by ensuring leaders are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for success

    Training Program Management:

    • Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of leadership, operational, and enrichment training programs across assigned regions
    • Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and field-based training sessions that reinforce company standards, operational processes, and service excellence
    • Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, operational results, and leadership input, making recommendations for enhancements as needed

    Content Development and Systems Training:

    • Create, manage, and maintain training materials, job aids, process documentation, and video-based learning content
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on key company systems including WinTeam, LISA, Mercury, ATS, and SharePoint
    • Train management personnel on company technologies, operational processes, and reporting tools to ensure consistency and efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS:

 
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in training and development, leadership development, operations, security services, or a related field
  • Experience facilitating training programs and coaching supervisors, managers, or operational leaders
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, WinTeam, LISA, Mercury
  • Experience using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and OneDrive
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight travel as needed
  • Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Scribe and video editing software
  • Proficiency in DOMO business intelligence reporting
