Job Description:

• Lead and develop the global TS Contract and Customer Project Management (CPM) Operations teams.

• Establish, monitor, and action key metrics to measure team performance and business outcomes.

• TS Contract Management:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the TS government contract process

• Set priorities and allocate resources to ensure effective management of bids, contracts, renewals, and customer requests.

• Provide oversight for complex negotiations, contract risk management, and issue resolution.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and internal controls.

• CPM Operations Responsibilities:

• Develop a team that supports back-office tasks for the global auto teams.

• Identify tasks and responsibilities that can be transferred to this operationally focused team

• Partner with business and vertical teams to align operational strategies with business objectives.

• Drive process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (BS) in a relevant field, or equivalent education

• At least 3 years of supervisory or people-management experience

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience

• Minimum of 2 years of contract negotiation experience

• Experience leading a multi-national team and building a new team

• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, bid processes, contract negotiations, and risk management.

• Experience establishing team priorities, workload management practices, and performance metrics.

• Proven ability to build partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, and Legal functions.

• Experience transferring work into shared-service or operational support models while maintaining service levels.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance growth objectives, customer needs, and contractual risk.
