What you’ll be doing...

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Three or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience in cloud infrastructure managed
• Three or more years of hands on experience Kubernetes or Red hat Open shift
• Must have operation support experience in handling on prem cloud infrastructure operations
• Good hands on experience in Customer handling, Ticket management , Stake holder management and troubleshooting
• Good hands on troubleshooting experience in Cloud environment including , compute, network and storage nodes
• Good exposure on Kubernetes Networking concepts
• Good exposure on Kubernetes storage operations, PVCs, Netapp or related storage technologies
• Able to work in weekly On call operations supporting every six to eight weeks interval

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Certification on CKA or Red hat Open shift certification
• Network function virtualization , Virtualization
• Telco infrastructure operations along with 5G enablement
• Worker node management
• ServiceMesh, Ingress controllers , Load balancers , F5 related technologies
• Ticketing management
• Good communication skills and analytical capabilities required during Outage handling or customer / stake holder engagement
