Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned -  Finance Analyst -ARAVO  

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  •   Configure and customize the Aravo platform based on business requirements.  

  •   Design and implement Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Vendor Risk Management (VRM), and Supplier Lifecycle Management solutions.  

  •   Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.  

  •   Develop workflows, forms, questionnaires, reports, dashboards, and business rules within Aravo.  

  •   Integrate Aravo with enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and other internal systems.  

  •   Perform data migration, validation, and system testing activities.  

  •   Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing application support.  

  •   Collaborate with stakeholders, risk teams, compliance teams, procurement teams, and IT teams.  

  •   Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.  

  •   Support UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

 

  3+ years of experience working with the Aravo platform.  

  Strong understanding of Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM) processes.  

  Experience with Aravo configuration, workflows, questionnaires, and reporting.  

  Knowledge of API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and data migration.  

  Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.  

  Understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessments, due diligence, and supplier onboarding processes.  

  Strong SQL and data analysis skills.  

  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

 

  Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement/risk platforms.  

  Project implementation and stakeholder management experience.  

  Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/ Finance Degree
