About the Role

We’re growing our digital marketing capability and looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help us build the team and shape how our digital channels perform. This is a founding-style hire: before the wider team exists, we need someone who can set up how the function works, build the team around them, and drive results personally in the meantime.

Day-to-Day, You Will

• Lead and support a small team of digital marketing specialists, helping them deliver consistent, high-quality work across websites and digital channels.
• Manage the performance of websites and digital channels, including paid and organic activity, making sure they meet commercial goals.
• Use content marketing to improve search visibility, grow organic traffic and encourage customers to engage with our products.
• Analyse performance data and share clear insights, working closely with senior marketing leaders to stay aligned with commercial targets.
• Set up the tools, playbooks and reporting this team will run on, and hire the first specialists into it.

Your Skills and Experience Might Also Include

• Experience in hospitality, travel or another fast-paced consumer-facing sector is a plus — you understand how demand, seasonality and customer booking behaviour shape a marketing plan.
• Experience building and leading digital marketing teams and delivering strategies that support revenue growth, ideally in a software or business-to-business environment.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and business areas.
• A practical, forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to spot better ways of working and turn ideas into action.
• Strong communication skills and a data-led approach to setting goals, tracking performance and sharing results clearly.
• Familiarity with how content and SEO show up in AI-powered search tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews) is a plus.
