Premier Research is looking for a ​​Clinical Business Operations Analyst I - Systems and Data​ to join our Clinical Monitoring, Site Management and SSU team.

What You'll Be Doing:  

  • Collaboration with Clinical Operations leaders and cross-functional working to meet deadlines   
  • Proactively builds and maintains internal and external relationships to support the gathering of business intelligence to support financial & specific operational activities 
  • Regularly analyses performance data and departmental metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide insights on data trends to help guide strategic planning and decision-making 
  • Serves as a technical resource to the Clinical teams for data visualization and reporting tools 
  • Supports data quality Initiatives including implementing tools and processes. 
  • Provides support to users of clinical systems and researches, troubleshoots, and resolves issues associated with clinical systemsand reporting. 
  • Develops job aids/user guides/tips email to support the Clinical Operations department. 

 

What We Are Searching For:

  • Undergraduate degree or its international equivalent preferably in the Sciences or in a related field from an accredited institution 
  • Two years of prior work experience in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills   
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and databases.  Experience of clinical database applications such as EDC and CTMSan advantage
  • A flair for researching and gathering information and data and confidence at presenting it in an understandable format
  • Confidence at communicating at all levels
  • Resilient and results driven
