ey Responsibilities & Areas of Focus:  Perform proactive analysis on key variables including location feasibility, service migration planning and customer impact, building location suitability, materials forecasting, and securing necessary permissions.  Leverage strong geographical knowledge to conduct thorough network planning and maintain a comprehensive grip on the cluster territory.  Provide feedback and strategic direction to management, suggesting potential solutions to enhance service levels and operational efficiency based on field analysis.  Ensure the team possesses and applies strong technical knowledge on switches, routers, splicing, and electrical knowledge to execute network rehab activities effectively.  Drive initiatives for Fault Rate (FR) reduction and improve overall Network Management (NM) efficiency.  Conduct regular field observations and quality controlling to ensure all network infrastructure work meets specified standards.  Lead and manage the team effectively, including follow-up team activities and supporting field engineers.  Ensure and enforce the effective utilization of the Vendor team for deployment and maintenance activities.  Oversee the process of securing critical permissions, including convincing for and obtaining Joint Enclosure permissions and permission from building owners for fiber laying.  Ensure adherence to all audit compliance, established processes for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.  Manage (CPC) Cable per Customer efficiency, oversee materials management, and coordinate the procurement process for necessary network components.  Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines in all field activities and report any safety hazards or concerns to the Territory Manager
