Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Analyst 2, Digital HR to join our team in Franklin, TN.
The Analyst 2, Digital HR serves as a key functional and delivery role within the Digital HR Partner (CoE) for the Americas region, providing advanced support, process expertise, and project leadership across multiple countries. This position is expected to have a deep understanding of HR operations and business processes across all Americas countries, not limited to a single market, ensuring regional consistency while respecting local requirements.
The role plays a critical part in the support, design, and delivery of HR digital projects, combining strong system knowledge with a solid understanding of end to end HR processes across the employee lifecycle. In addition, the Digital HR Specialist applies structured project management practices, drives continuous improvement through Gemba-based analysis, and brings innovative, value adding solutions to internal HR customers to improve efficiency, adoption, and employee experience.
A Day in the Life:
Act as a key support role for the Digital HR Partner CoE across the Americas, providing functional expertise and guidance across multiple countries and HR operations.
Ensure a strong understanding of regional HR processes and operational differences, supporting standardization while addressing local business needs.
Serve as a trusted partner to HR stakeholders across the region, supporting both operational stability and strategic initiatives.
Projects & Process Improvement
Lead and support regional and global HR technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, and expected outcomes.
Apply structured project management methodologies to plan, track, execute, and deliver initiatives effectively.
Conduct and facilitate Gemba sessions within the scope of responsibility to identify operational pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Recommend, design, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions to optimize HR operations and user experience across the Americas.
Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and solution delivery
Production & Advanced System Support
Provide advanced functional support for HR digital platforms, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and cross-country scenarios.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and drive sustainable solutions that improve system reliability and usability.
Recommend alternative approaches or system enhancements to meet evolving regional business needs.
Ensure strong adoption and effective utilization of HR digital platforms across the region.
Reporting, Data & Decision Support
Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and queries using appropriate HR reporting tools.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and countries, enabling reliable decision‑making.
Deliver actionable insights to HR and business stakeholders through data analysis and structured reporting.
Innovation, Change & Continuous Improvement
Proactively identify opportunities to bring innovation to HR customers through new technologies, automation, analytics, or improved ways of working.
Drive change management activities to support adoption of HR digital solutions across the Americas.
Stay current with HR technology trends, SaaS capabilities, and best practices, applying relevant innovations to improve HR service delivery.
Who We're Looking for:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Business‑level English proficiency (written and spoken).
Project Management certification (PMI or equivalent) preferred.
Regional HR Process Expertise – Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and across countries in the Americas.
Project Management – Ability to lead and deliver HR digital initiatives end‑to‑end.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to translate operational issues into scalable solutions.
Innovation Mindset – Proactively identifies and delivers value‑adding improvements for HR customers.
Change & Stakeholder Management – Strong ability to influence, communicate, and drive adoption across cultures and regions.
Desired:
3+ years of experience in HRIS, Digital HR, or HR technology roles with regional or multi‑country exposure.
Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering HR digital solutions across multiple countries.
2+ years of experience leading or coordinating HR technology projects, applying project management methodologies.
Strong exposure to HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and system integrations.
Familiarity with PMI standards and project delivery best practices.
Collaboration & Leadership – Works effectively across HR, IT, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
