The Memory Care Professional (MCP) provides non-medical companionship care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Our person-centered, activity-based approach focuses on meaningful connections and exceptional customer service to improve the quality of life for clients and their families.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- The MCP facilitates activities that are designed to meet the clients’ fundamental needs and provide meaningful moments throughout the day, even as the disease progresses.
- To provide meaningful, individualized care for clients, the MCP focuses on creating activities that engage their abilities in six key areas: social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual and spiritual.
- Using this approach to person-centered, activity-based care, the MCP can assure almost every day will be a good one because it is filled with joy, dignity and meaning.
- Must be able to drive own vehicle to and from outings and appointments.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
- Minimum of 1 year Dementia/Alzheimer care experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Valid Driver’s License and vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Home Care Aide clearance with the State of CA
