Job Description:
1. From Insight to Action: Leverage internal and external data analysis to continuously identify business growth opportunities. Timely adjust channel business plans in response to changes in market environment and business formats.
2. Channel Management: Design customer marketing activities and formulate channel investment plans, with a focus on improving expense ratio and investment efficiency.
3. Category & New Product Promotion: Identify high-growth-potential SKUs, develop actionable plans to boost product distribution across channels, provide professional POG display recommendations, and track the full implementation progress.
4. Execution Improvement: Put forward optimization suggestions in accordance with the company’s channel execution standards such as Perfect Store and Execution First, formulate market execution improvement plans, and drive incremental growth across channels.
5. Business Partnership: Regularly explore growth opportunities for provincial channel management, collaborate with provincial managers to formulate detailed plans, and act as a strategic business partner aligned with provincial quarterly business targets.
