PAY RATE: $16.50/hour

Available shifts 

Monday : Morning (9-1pm) and afternoon (12-4pm)

Friday : Morning (9-1pm)

The Campus Mail Worker opening is for Fall 2026. Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, attention to detail, dependability and be self-motivated.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sorts and delivers incoming mail from Post Office and intercampus mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
• Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and packages.
• Picks up departmental mail across campus.
• Operates mail metering machines.
• Enters incoming mail into our Notifi system to let students/staff/faculty know they have packages or mail to be picked up.
• Assist Customer Service staff to retrieve and log out mail at the Customer Service desk to students/staff/faculty.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a have a valid driver’s license.

Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail.

Must be an enrolled and degree seeking student at the University of St. Thomas.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for student employment, St. Thomas students must be degree seeking at the undergraduate, graduate and doctoral levels.
