The Opportunity

As a key member of the Test Room team, you will support testing activities from setup through completion, working with advanced electrical testing equipment and collaborating closely with engineers and technical specialists. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Set up and operate electrical testing equipment and measuring devices.

  • Execute routine, special, and design tests according to approved procedures.

  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate test records and documentation.

  • Report test results, anomalies, and equipment issues to engineering teams.

  • Support failure analysis activities and assist with root cause investigations.

  • Collaborate on corrective actions to improve product quality and reliability.

  • Contribute ideas that enhance testing efficiency, quality, and performance.

  • Support 5S activities and maintain a safe, organized testing environment.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

  • Minimum of two years of electrical education from a technical college or equivalent institution.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing testing environment.

  • Understanding of testing procedures, industry standards, ISO requirements, and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in operating and setting up electrical testing equipment.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify and document test results accurately.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
