What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily workflow and monitor team performance to ensure department goals and service standards are consistently met.
- Serve as the on-site leadership presence to strengthen team accountability, communication, and overall operational efficiency.
- Support staffing activities, including hiring, onboarding, employee development, and separation processes.
- Monitor escalations, review operational data, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, internal controls, and applicable employment laws.
- Collaborate with department heads and internal/external stakeholders on process improvements, strategic planning, and business requirements.
- Communicate operational and procedural changes effectively and participate in management and cross-divisional meetings as needed.
- Provide operational support and take on additional responsibilities as directed by Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) based on business needs.
Key Criteria
- Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a healthcare or document retrieval team, with hands-on experience in medical records processing or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate-level skills in MS Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of client needs, organizational goals, and operational requirements, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and concepts
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 10AM – 7PM Eastern/9AM – 6PM Central/7AM – 4PM Pacific (10PM –7AM Philippine Time) with a full onsite work arrangement.
