The Customer Contract Specialist serves as a key liaison for the business group. This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business group contracts and is responsible for reviewing customer agreements and partnering with sales leadership to highlight key opportunities and challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
3 years’ experience in order management, contract review, or administrative work
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior SAP or other ERP system experience and Salesforce
Prior experience partnering with cross functional leadership to discuss sales liaison challenges and contract obligations
Prior experience supporting project base customers
Prior participation in process mapping and continuous improvement activities
Essential Duties:

Serves as the contract SME for the business group and streamlines, corrects process to support proper execution of contract.
Reviews of each customer agreement and highlight areas that will prove challenging for the organization to meet requirements;
Develops and implements customer success metrics aligning scorecards to match customer expectations;
Attends periodic meetings, providing guidance and documentation on customer obligations;
Review customer purchase orders confirming and noting inconsistencies between agreements;
Working with finance on review recognition and projects forecast;
Identifies problem areas to kick off improvement initiatives as needed and participates in the improvement efforts.

Implements and maintains a well-organized system for all customer agreements for the business group.
Ensures system allows numerous internal users to easily access including sales, account coordinators, credit, finance, order management, distributor support, distribution/return centers, EDI, and IT.
Provides direction to internal users on how to retrieve documents or pertinent information as needed.

Documents service level agreements for subsidiary businesses, as well as a cross functional communication matrix to ensure our subsidiaries are properly supported for activities (Order Management, Distributor Support, Demand Planning, Operations, Distribution, Credit, etc.).
Works directly with sales leadership and legal to update contract details periodically
