Role Title: Novation LeadWork mode: Hybrid - 2 to 3days WFOContract duration: 12 MonthsLocation: LeedsLead the complete novation lifecycle by managing the transfer of contractual rights and obligations between outgoing and incoming suppliers or entities.Review existing contracts to identify novation requirements, dependencies, risks, and ensure legal and commercial accuracy.Prepare and coordinate novation agreements and all supporting documentation in alignment with legal, procurement, and compliance teams.Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors to align timelines, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transitions.Monitor and track progress through structured novation trackers, maintaining documentation, approvals, and milestone updates.Ensure risk mitigation and governance by assessing legal/operational impacts, maintaining audit-ready records, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
