Customer Relationship Executive We at Innovative Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IDSPL) are looking for a lively and dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team and ensure our customers get the best possible service. Responsibilities: • Build positive and lasting relationships with customers• Be the main point of contact for customers• Introduce customers to new products and services• Identify customer needs and advise customers on suitable products• Monitor customer satisfaction and make changes if necessary• Handle customer queries and complaints, and provide support• Assist management with customer service projects• Prepare reports and analyze customer data Requirements: • Previous customer service or sales experience, preferably in the digital solutions domain• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Excellent organizational skills  Education qualification: Diploma / bachelors in any domain or above If you have the required skills and would like to become a part of our team, then apply now!
