Description
Master Car Care is seeking a dedicated, organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Associate. This role requires keen attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to the business operations, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence. Managing the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and conferences. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and business documents. Handling incoming calls and providing detailed information to callers, taking messages or forwarding calls as necessary. Updating and maintaining office policies and procedures as directed. Ordering office supplies and conducting regular inventory checks. Supporting team by assisting with project management, coordination, and execution. Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding company documents and operations. Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent, required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field, is advantageous. At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role in an office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of a business organization. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills, ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.
