Junior Architect

We’re expanding our vision and seeking a creative Junior Architect to join our team, focusing on renovations and new developments.Key Responsibilities:• Assist in designing and drafting layouts for renovations and new projects.• Collaborate with senior architects on concept development and design solutions.• Prepare drawings, 3D models, and presentations for client and internal review.• Support project coordination with contractors and vendors.• Ensure designs align with regulations, budgets, and client goals.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (or related field).• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp or similar tools.• Strong creative and technical design skills.• Detail-oriented with a passion for modern design and functionality.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Salary Range: $85,000 to $115,000 per yearIf you’re a creative thinker with a passion for architecture and property development, join us at Surfside!
