Cyberphore is seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented SOC Analyst to join our cybersecurity division. As a SOC Analyst, you will be part of a team responsible for managing, identifying, investigating and resolving security incidents that could harm the organization. It is a challenging yet rewarding role, providing ample opportunities to hone your expertise and gain in-depth knowledge in cybersecurity industry. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze data flow to identify potential threats, unauthorized access, and security risks. Investigate security breaches and other cybersecurity incidents. Configuring and analyzing security tools and software. Respond immediately to cybersecurity-related incidents and provide a thorough post-event analysis. Update incident response procedures and recommend ways to reduce the organization’s risk of future security breaches. Act as a security advocate for IT operations team’s adherence to company’s security policies. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field. At least 2 years of proven experience as a SOC Analyst or a similar role in the cybersecurity sector. Depth knowledge of various networking concepts and multiple security methodologies. Familiarity with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, malware investigation and diagnosis, and network protocols related to network security. Professional certification like CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is a plus.
