We're looking for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Heartland House a master's‑level social work professional trained and licensed to provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic services. LCSWs work with individuals, families, and groups to address mental, emotional, and social challenges, while also advocating for clients within broader systems. Develop treatment plans and coordinate case management interventions. Maintain comprehensive client records and adhere to professional ethical standards.
