What You’ll Do
- Lead and support front office operations to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and daily office efficiency
- Oversee billing, insurance coordination, and collections performance
- Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive improvement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support practice growth
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental office experience (management or leadership preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling systems
