Context
We are seeking a technical leader to drive the delivery of complex electrical and power systems. You will apply a Systems Engineering approach in line with ISO 15288 to ensure that new or modified systems are safe, reliable, and maintainable.
Missions/Main Duties
Systems Integration: Experience managing complex system interactions and ensuring operational integration within transport or energy networks.
Design Oversight: Lead concept and preliminary design phases, translating visionary ideas into actionable technical plans.
Standards & Compliance: Deep understanding of AS/NZS electrical engineering codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality control on engineering documentation and conduct technical audits to verify mission-critical safety standards.
Profile/Skills
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
Significant experience in high-stakes engineering environments with a track record of exercising formal Technical/Engineering Authority.
