Low and Slow Smokehouse is looking for a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our team!
If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, work well under pressure, and take pride in putting out quality food, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, stays busy, and takes pride in their work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and stocking
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Work efficiently during busy service times
Part and full time positions are available. Nights and weekends are required on some shifts.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule (nights and weekends required)
- Team player with strong work ethic
