What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations
Coordinate work assignments and provide on-the-floor guidance to team members
Monitor equipment, materials, and workflows to maintain productivity targets
Promote a strong safety culture and support compliance with operational standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team in a production or industrial setting
Strong working knowledge of plant operations, safety practices, and equipment use
Ability to prioritize tasks, make sound decisions, and adapt to changing conditions
Clear communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
Commitment to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
