  • Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
  • Address any coordination issues between contract documents, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Lead inspections, identify quality issues, and drive corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date “as-built” documentation and handle project close-out procedures, including punch lists and final inspections.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, supervise, and manage field staff effectively.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, on budget, and meeting safety and quality standards.
  • Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant tools.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites and work out of town for long durations as needed.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Proven Success: Have a history of successfully managing projects, with a strong focus on cost, customer service, quality, safety, and schedule.
  • Self-Motivated: Show initiative and are ready to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
  • Problem Solver: Have strong problem-solving abilities, are skilled in analyzing information, and are proactive in resolving issues early in the project lifecycle.
  • Time Management: Excel at organizing and prioritizing tasks while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Expectations for this role include:

  • Commitment to Quality: Ensure the accuracy and thoroughness of all work, meeting established goals and quality standards.
  • Decision-Making: Demonstrate sound judgment and make informed decisions, keeping relevant stakeholders updated throughout the process.
  • Ongoing Learning: Actively seek opportunities to increase your job knowledge and improve skills.
  • Effective Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and external partners at all levels.

You are physically able to:
  • Operate a computer, telephone, and other commonly used business-related equipment.
  • Put in extended hours and manage shifting priorities to meet project goals.
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with team members.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as needed.
