As Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the senior kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes while maintaining a smooth and organised service. This is a great opportunity for a strong Chef De Partie ready to step up in a well-run, food-led pub environment.

Due to the location of the property, you will need to be able to drive.

• £33,000 per annum plus £10,000 to £12,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Junior Sous Chef…

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading sections during service and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients to deliver quality dishes
• Assisting with training and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, organisation, and consistency
