【Key Responsibilities】
1. Conducting anti-social forces background check
2. Assisting in administrative matters related to the legal function, such as managing and maintaining contracts/legal documents, ensuring smooth operations within legal team.
3. Supporting intellectual property rights matters
4. Maintaining legal team's corporate internal training materials
5. Supporting the review of standard agreements and simple contracts.
6. Supporting other corporate legal tasks assigned by the supervisor
【Requirement for the role】
1. Background in law or related fields with 1 year+ experience
2. Proficiency in reading English
3. Awareness of current affairs and proficient in using search engines or other tools for information retrieval
4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and understands the importance of confidentiality
5. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (such as Gemini, Claude, and Cursor) within professional workflows.
【Nice to have】
1. Proficiency in reading Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
2. Basic understanding of KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures.

【條件要求】

2. 具英文閱讀能力
3. 具備一定時事敏感度，並擅長使用搜尋引擎或其他工具進行資料檢索作業
4. 細心且負責任感，理解保密重要性。
5. 擅長應用AI工具（例如:Gemini, Claude, Cursor）於工作情境中
