Auto Parts Customer Service/Sales Representative + Benefits

Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic customer service/sales representative to join our team!!   We currently have thirty locations in ten different states and still growing!!  If you have sales experience, especially in auto parts, please apply!!

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from customers, drivers, and coworkers
• Place orders based on the information given by customers
• Assist with will-call orders
• Assist with warranty orders
• Meet and exceed monthly sales metrics

Qualifications:

• Excellent service skills
• Drive for success and excellence
• Prior auto parts experience a plus but not required
