Overview
As an Enterprise Value and Performance (EVP) Specialist, you'll ensure key priorities deliver meaningful outcomes by connecting strategy, prioritization, governance, and delivery across Air New Zealand. This fixed-term role (until September 2027) involves partnering with business leaders to align strategic priorities with delivery, facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews, and supporting enterprise resource allocation decisions. You'll review business unit OKRs and KPIs, lead key QBR events, and continuously improve planning processes. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to challenge thinking while building trusted relationships across the organization to drive better business outcomes.
