Overview
As a 2nd Shift Operator, you'll be responsible for all activities associated with running the folder gluer including setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. Your duties include efficient make-ready of cartons, accurate setup of folding and gluing operations, minimizing waste, monitoring adhesive application, and maximizing equipment utilization. You'll adhere to production schedules, turn in maintenance work orders, and comply with all company policies and safety procedures. This full-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally. Prior manufacturing experience, especially in the corrugated industry, is preferred.
