Overview
As a Housing and Employment Case Manager, you'll work with individuals transitioning from the justice system back into the community. Your responsibilities include facilitating education and reintegration groups within prisons, working one-on-one with clients to develop housing and employment opportunities, and connecting them with other agencies. You'll collaborate with clinical, peer support, and Mātauranga Māori practitioners in a trauma-informed, whānau-centred approach. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of tikanga Māori, and experience in supporting people with complex needs.
