Overview
The Director of Resident Services is responsible for enhancing and improving the SRIM experience in Heartful Care for residents and their families. In the executive director's absence, you'll manage the community and oversee all resident healthcare, including disseminating information to families and associates. Key responsibilities include excellent decision-making, priority management, conducting meetings and trainings, hiring and supervising staff, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with assisted living healthcare regulations. You'll also perform resident evaluations, investigate incident reports, and maintain a safe environment. This role requires a hands-on approach to resident care and strong leadership skills to manage a healthcare team.
