Description
Navigator Staff Interns serve and minister among students and receive hands on development in evangelism, disciplemaking, and spiritual leadership, in order to experience life and ministry as a Navigator campus staff missionary.
Staff Interns:
- Labor- Reach and engage students through expanded opportunities in evangelism and disciplemaking
- Lead- Contribute to the overall leadership of a Navigator summer training program and or local collegiate ministry alongside experienced staff.
- Learn & be Trained- Be develop through local and regional training and experiences.
- Raise Support - Trust God to supply what you need to serve a campus ministry. Learn fundraising and administrative skills and practices.
- Participate- with other staff in meetings, trainings, social functions, and trips as able.

Staff Intern expectations
- Affirms and resonates with the Navigator Calling: To Advance the Gospel of Jesus & His Kingdom, into the Nations, through Spiritual Generations of Laborers, Living and Discipling Among the Lost. Humble confidence in sharing the Gospel of Jesus with peers and friends.
- Ability to initiate with and bond a group of peers or younger students into consistent community and practice.
- Experience in evangelism and discipleship, helping people follow and grow in Christ through regular time in God’s word, prayer, and ministry experiences together.
- Readiness to initiate frequently into new and established relationships with a heart to shepherd others.
- Eagerness to model and pace-set for others in the areas of spiritual disciplines, Christ-like character, and ministry to others.
- Willingness to trust God with finances and raise personal financial support through friends, family, and churches to provide for summer program expenses and stipend/salary.
