จัดลำดับงานเพื่อดำเนินการสุ่มตัวอย่างละทดสอบ ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการรับเข้าและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานรับ Material (WH) เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการสุ่มตัวอย่าง ในกรณีที่ Material ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดให้ประสานงานกับทาง WH และหัวหน้างานเพื่อพิจารณาดำเนินการต่อไป1. งานตรวจรับและสุ่มตัวอย่าง
- จัดลำดับการทำงานเพื่อตรวจรับอละสุ่มตัวอย่างวัตถุดิบ (รวมถึงBulkที่ผลิตโดยลูกค้า) และบรรจุภัณฑ์
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของ Material ที่รับเข้าตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างตามแผนการสุ่มที่กำหนดในคู่มือการปฏิบัติงาน
- ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและบันทึกการตรวจสอบและบันทึกการตรวจสอบลงในเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึก status ของ Material ที่ได้รับการทบทวนและอนุมัติโดยหัวหน้างานแล้ว
2. รับผิดชอบในการเตรียมตัวอย่างเพื่อเตรียมเป็น Standard ให้ลูกค้าหรือให้ทางหน่วยงาน TSS อนุมัติ ก่อนเตรียมเป็น Standard
3. ประสานงานกับแผนกวางแผน จัดซื้อและ WH ในเบื้องต้น กรณีพบข้อบกพร่งในขั้นตอนการรับเข้า Material หรือขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบ
4.ทำงานร่วมกันในทีมและให้คำปรึกษา ความรู้กับทีมงาน
5.ลงบันทึกความดัน อุณหภูมิ Calibration Tag และ ความสะอาด Laminar Air Flow ในห้อง Sampling Room
