Director, Talent Solutions Delivery & Regional Acceleration
Job Summary
The Director, Talent Solutions Delivery & Regional Acceleration, defines and leads the global operating model for delivering high-impact, customized talent solutions that address regional and business-specific needs at scale.
This role is accountable for translating enterprise talent strategy into effective regional execution, ensuring the right balance between global consistency and local customization. It serves as a critical engine for enabling capability building, leadership development, and culture activation across high-growth, strategically important markets.
Leading a global team of senior Talent Solutions Leads, the Director builds a high-performing solutioning organization that delivers fast, scalable, and business-relevant outcomes beyond the global program catalog. The role operates with strong enterprise influence, shaping demand, driving prioritization, and ensuring focus on the highest-impact work.
Main Responsibilities
Strategy & Operating Model Leadership
- Define and continuously evolve the global and regional talent solutions delivery model, including clear frameworks for when to deploy custom vs. standardized solutions
- Translate enterprise talent priorities into scalable regional execution strategies, ensuring alignment and measurable impact
- Establish governance, engagement models, and prioritization frameworks with Talent Partnering, People COEs, and business leaders
- Identify recurring patterns across regions and convert insights into scalable frameworks, playbooks, and reusable solution architectures
- Influence enterprise thinking on how talent solutions are designed, deployed, and scaled across the organization
Enterprise-Level Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of senior solutioning leaders, building a high-performing, agile, and consultative organization
- Set and uphold high standards for solution quality, speed, innovation, and business relevance
- Drive capability building in strategic consulting, experience design, AI-enabled solutioning, and systems thinking
- Build organizational depth, succession pipelines, and leadership capability within the team
- Establish strong operating rhythms, performance management, and accountability frameworks
Regional Impact & Executive Business Partnership
- Partner with Talent Partnering leaders, Country People Leaders, and senior business executives (VP+) to shape demand and align to highest-impact priorities
- Direct resources and solution investments toward hyper-growth markets, transformation initiatives, and critical capability gaps
- Ensure solutions deliver measurable impact in capability building, leadership behavior change, and culture activation
- Influence stakeholders to prioritize strategic solutioning over transactional or low-value requests
Solution Innovation, Scale & AI Enablement
- Lead the transformation of solution design and delivery through adoption of AI-enabled and digital-first approaches
- Establish scalable solution architectures, tools, and templates to enable rapid and repeatable deployment across regions
- Drive continuous innovation in how talent solutions are created, delivered, and measured
- Embed data-driven and predictive approaches to improve solution effectiveness, personalization, and scalability
Governance, Focus & Strategic Execution
- Establish and enforce clear scope boundaries to ensure focus on high-value, customized solutioning
- Define prioritization mechanisms to allocate resources toward the most impactful business needs
- Drive strong execution discipline, including outcome tracking, impact measurement, and continuous improvement
- Ensure alignment with enterprise frameworks while enabling flexibility, speed, and local relevance
Other Responsibilities
- Partner with Transformation and Values teams to drive enterprise culture and leadership behavior activation at scale
- Accelerate adoption of enterprise platforms (e.g., LXP) by embedding them into regional solutions
- Strengthen solution impact measurement, analytics, and ROI visibility
- Provide escalation support and strategic oversight for high-risk or high-visibility initiatives
- Identify emerging trends and capability gaps to inform future talent strategy and solution development
- Champion enterprise-wide adoption of AI-enabled solutioning approaches within talent and learning
- Leverage AI and data insights to enhance decision-making, prioritization, personalization, and scalability
- Drive development of AI-enabled tools, frameworks, and workflows across the team
- Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI in all talent solution activities
Candidate Profile / Job Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in talent development, learning, or organizational effectiveness
- Significant experience leading global or multi-region teams, including leadership of senior practitioners or leaders
- Proven track record of driving enterprise or multi-region outcomes beyond local execution
- Demonstrated success influencing and partnering with senior business leaders (VP+ level)
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills
- Deep expertise in instructional design, adult learning, experience design, and talent solution architecture
- Strong experience building scalable talent solution models, operating frameworks, and delivery systems
- Strong understanding of enterprise talent strategy, capability development, and leadership effectiveness
- Experience operating within COE-driven HR models and partnering closely with Talent Partnering/HRBPs
- Familiarity with modern learning ecosystems and digital platforms (e.g., LXP, learning technologies)
Must Have Soft Skills
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to operate at both enterprise and execution levels
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influence across global and regional leaders
- Proven ability to lead and scale high-performing, global teams
- Strong system thinking with focus on scalability, repeatability, and long-term impact
