- Monitor and maintain all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC, and other engineering systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper operation.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Coordinate and supervise technicians and contractors during assigned shifts.
- Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are carried out effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support renovation projects and engineering improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing maintenance reports and shift handover documentation.
