### Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the tapeout execution and release coordination lead for HBM designs targeting internal Micron manufacturing.
  • Own and manage tapeout schedules, DBR milestones, and release gating criteria.
  • Drive preparation, review, and completion of tapeout collateral, including TOAST, RCDB, and TWIT, ensuring accuracy and consistency prior to release.
  • Coordinate with responsible teams to ensure all release prerequisites and checklist items are met before DBR.
  • Coordinate and track closure of signoff readiness items (timing, power, physical verification, integration constraints), ensuring clear ownership, status, and release signoff prior to tapeout.
  • Ensure correctness, completeness, and traceability of final databases and signoff evidence at tapeout.
  • Track, document, and escalate waivers, open items, and release risks as part of formal tapeout governance.
  • Maintain strong release discipline and hygiene across HBM programs.
