Food Service CSR-Meal Orders

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Food Service CSR to join our team! This position is responsible for taking meal orders, assisting customers with menu selections, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced healthcare/food service environment.

Position Details:

• Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday and every other weekend 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM 
• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and take meal orders accurately
• Assist customers/patients with menu choices and dietary requests
• Enter orders into the system and verify order accuracy
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and food service staff
• Resolve customer concerns in a courteous manner
• Maintain confidentiality and follow food safety guidelines
• Perform additional administrative or food service support duties as assigned

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous customer service or food service experience preferred
• Reliable attendance and professional attitude
