Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Bakersfield, California.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity focused on providing comprehensive primary care across the lifespan

• Structured outpatient model allowing physicians to focus on patient relationships, preventative care, and chronic disease management

• Base salary up to $290,000
• Additional provider bonus plan
• $5,000 longevity increase added to salary every five years
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
• H1B and J1 visa sponsorship available
• 100% outpatient practice
• Monday through Friday schedule
• No inpatient responsibilities
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

SCHEDULE & PRACTICE MODEL
• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 5-day work week
• Approximately 90% clinical and 10% administrative responsibilities
• Average patient volume: 22 patients per day
• Outpatient ambulatory services only

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $255,000 – $290,000
• Provider bonus incentive plan
• Sign-on bonus available with qualifying commitment

• Medical insurance approximately $46 per paycheck

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED
• Comfortable caring for patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
