As a Business Analyst in Pharma Medicines TechOps MES, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, navigating complex systems to drive sustainable business transformation.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Oversee complex initiatives and streams with full autonomy, coordinating scale and quality across the business analysis domain.

• Solve Complex Problems: Lead the analysis of business problems by defining the problem space and conducting comprehensive root cause analysis across organizational boundaries.

• Manage Key Stakeholders: Identify and engage management-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to navigate conflicts and achieve alignment.
• Master Systems Thinking: Apply holistic systems thinking to provide enterprise-wide consulting advice, considering both micro and macro implications.
• Drive Technical Innovation: Use in-depth domain knowledge to recommend optimal, innovative technology solutions for sustainable business transformation.
• Mentor Future Leaders: Show leadership within the Community of Practice by mentoring senior practitioners and contributing to organizational development.
• Integrate Analysis Design: Anticipate challenges and proactively integrate complex analysis into broader solution designs across cross-functional teams

Who you are:

• Experienced Leader: You possess extensive experience overseeing autonomous initiatives and driving alignment in highly ambiguous environments.

• Academic Excellence: You hold a relevant University Degree (Master’s preferred) and bring years of proven experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy.

• Strategic Consultant: You demonstrate advanced knowledge of Business Analysis Advisory practices and a track record of delivering innovative solutions.

• Technical Expert: You have a mastery of requirements and domain knowledge, including advanced value analysis and risk assessment.

• Systems Thinker: You are skilled in tailoring and combining methodologies to fit complex problem spaces and provide holistic advice.

• Collaborative Partner: You act as a role model in teamwork, fostering collaboration across Informatics and various business structures.

• Clear Communicator: You possess exceptional communication skills, capable of driving consensus and persuading leadership on strategic initiatives.
